I am a former teacher who recently moved down to San Diego. I have my B.S. in Microbiology from Cal Poly SLO, as well as my teaching credential and M.A. in Science Education from CSUN. I have two years of teaching experience that includes middle school, high school, and a K-12 private school. At these schools I taught Life Science, Biology, Algebra, Pre Algebra, and Computer Science. During the past two summers I was a CSU STAR intern at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory where I help do research and learn new educational tools to use in the classroom. Besides teaching I also have years of tutoring experience that include on-site, in-home, and online tutoring. I have tutored AP Biology, Biology, Algebra 2, Geometry, SAT Biology, and SAT Math.
