I attended San Diego University, and I am hoping to begin dental school soon. I personally love learning, and I also enjoy teaching what I learned to others. I specialize in tutoring dental science, sociology, and religious studies, but I also tutor a variety of other courses. My favorite subject to tutor is science, because I started off not understanding science courses, myself. Then, once scientific concepts began making sense to me due to learning how they relate to real life, I actually grew to love the subject. Biology and chemistry now truly fascinate me due to their complexity. I have tutoring experience, and I tutored many of my fellow students during college. I tutored them in history, math, science, and literature, and I also helped them edit their papers and essays for various other courses.When I tutor, I first explain a new problem or concept to a student, and I then have them teach the material back to me. I find that when a student can teach what they just learned, it means they have complete understanding of a lesson and will then do well on any test they face on the material. When not tutoring, I like to listen to music and play the guitar. Other hobbies of mine include surfing, snowboarding, and skateboarding. I also like to play video games when I have some free time.
