I attended San Diego State University for my bachelor of science in civil engineering. I've always loved solving problems and puzzles, so science and math subjects are my specialty. My favorite subject overall is calculus. I've also scored very highly on exams and standardized tests, and I enjoy helping students develop test taking skills and strategies to help them improve their scores. Tutoring is very effective because I get to help students individually and focus on their needs in real time, which leads to effective and efficient learning. I want to affect students in a positive way, and I look forward to helping students achieve success. When I have some free time, I enjoy listening to music and playing sports.
