I worked as a math tutor at the Math Learning Center at Mira Costa College for the 2014-15 academic year while I was taking my lower division classes there. I really enjoyed the work and realized I had a natural ability to help people work through math problems and understand what they were doing. From all my years taking math classes, I definitely understand how frustrating and confusing math can be at times, and I believe that anyone can be successful at it, regardless of "natural talent or ability."
