ExperienceOver the last 8 years I've tutored both high-school and college level students. 4 of those last 8 years I spent under the employ of Cabrillo Community Colleges math learning center where I worked as a tutor paid by the school for a free service to the students there. I ended up covering everything they had to offer by the time I moved on which ranged from introductory algebra to differential equations.
In addition to working for their math center I spent time preparing experiments and performing various other tasks for their chemistry stockroom.
Currently I'm employed through Cambridge Learning Center as a general sciences and mathematics tutor for high school students.
HobbiesI enjoy playing games with friends (both online and offline), Spending time at the beach, finding new music, and indulging in movies and television.
I love figuring out how things work which has most likely influenced my decision to study chemistry; the reason why the world works the way it does. As a kid I would try to make very utility based Lego contraptions: creating a racing track for my toy cars or a multi-layered maze for a friends rat. Once I got a little older I had moved onto taking apart small appliances that my mother was going to throw away.
